PHEPR program works with local, state, and federal officials, local partners, and private industry to develop workable solutions to protect the public health of Chambers County residents from the impact of a natural or man-made emergency. PHEPR's mission is to improve the county's response capabilities through Biosurveillance, Community Resilience, Countermeasures and Mitigation, Incident Management, Information Management, and Surge Management. Epidemiology and the First Responder Immunization Program are under the PHEPR Department.
