Welcome to the Chambers County District Clerk’s website!

My goal for this website is to make the information in our office available to you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Please take a moment to browse the links section to see our newest addition the “Texas Civil Case Information Sheet” . We have the form and instructions available in English, Spanish and for Pro Se Litigants.  This form is now required upon the filing of any original petition or application; and a post judgment petition for modification or motion for enforcement in a case arising under the Family Code.

The online case file system allows you to view all civil and criminal cases, check for court dates and track the status of a particular case.  You can look a case up by case number (remember to put CV in front of the number to look up civil cases), defendant or plaintiff and coming soon by date range.   I am also working on having documents available for viewing and printing in certain case files in the near future.  I am proud to announce that we now offer E-filing in the District Clerk’s office via Texas Online.  Attorneys can now file petitions online at the click of a button, which will save time and money for attorneys and clients alike.

 Most of our services can be paid for by clicking on “pay by credit card”( Make sure you write down the office ID# before you click the button).

 All of these services are offered for your convenience, however, we would still love to see you in the office where I or my deputies are ready and willing to help you with courtesy and professionalism.  We are here to serve you and I welcome any comments or suggestions you have regarding this site or our office in the courthouse.
